1. Parties and Definitions
This User Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Monitfx ("Administration") and any individual who registers as a member of the Monitfx platform ("Platform") or visits the Platform as a guest ("User"). By visiting the Platform or creating an account, you are deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
2. Scope of Services and Disclaimer
Monitfx is an independent research and information-sharing platform that aggregates information regarding brokers, regulators, complaints, financial market risks, editorial analyses, and user experiences. All information provided on the Platform is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice, legal advice, or financial consultancy services.
While the Administration makes reasonable efforts to ensure that broker information, licensing status, and other data remain up to date, it does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or error-free nature of such information. Users are solely responsible for making their own decisions regarding broker selection, investments, or financial transactions based on their independent research.
3. User Rights and Obligations
- The User is required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information when creating an account on the Platform.
- The User must ensure that complaints, comments, reviews, and all other content submitted to the Platform are factual, verifiable, and within legal boundaries. False complaints, defamation, insults, or misleading information are strictly prohibited.
- Copying the Platform's source code, scraping content, sending automated requests that may overload the system, or using software that may compromise security is strictly prohibited.
4. Limitation of Liability
Monitfx shall not be held directly or indirectly liable for any financial transactions carried out based on information available on the Platform, broker ratings, user complaints, or sponsored referral (affiliate) links, nor for any resulting financial losses, lost profits, or damages of any kind.
5. Amendments and Termination
The Administration reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Any amendments shall become effective immediately upon publication of the updated version on the Platform. Accounts of users who violate the terms of this Agreement may be suspended or terminated unilaterally by the Administration.
